Techp.org seeks pro-bono attorney, accountant

Techp.org, a not-for-profit organization supporting Open Source initiatives, seeks the pro-bono assistance of an attorney or law firm, preferrably one admitted to the bar in California, and an accountant or accounting firm. Our immediate needs are:

Charitable non-profit incorporation and 501(c)3.
Incorporation of a separate not-for-profit lobbying foundation, and lobbyist filing.
Routine operations and regulatory organization reporting.
Construction of a certification program for Free-Software-compatible hardware and filing of certification mark.
Liability protection for Open Source programmers.
